On both of my treks I have used the Olympus cameras ( 35-80)
Weatherproof and lightweight. Small enough to fit in my front
pocket for quick access for that great photo opportunity. In 98 I
took 18 rolls and in 00 I took 24 rolls of film. I always carry 200 &
400 ASA film that is the 36 count rolls. I use my flash on most of
my photos to get rid of the shading from hats, trees, etc on the
faces of the scouts. Because of this I also carry an extra camera
battery. The new Olympus cameras will go through a battery in
about 15 rolls of film if you are using your flash often.

Going back in 2002!!!!!
