I lead the council contingent from Raleigh NC, and this is my 3rd yea=
r. We always travel in class A's. I have been complimented more times=
than not on the behavior of our scouts and I make a specific point o=
f this at our meetings with scouts and parents. A scout in uniform re=
presents not only BSA, but our council in particular, because we have=
a specific Philmont Contingent Council Strip. I will contact the air=
line to find out their regulations, because I do not want to be at th=
