I'm sorry, but I'm very dubious of this claim. The Philmont mail server is
odd (at best) and already passes through stuff (like read receipt requests
and responses) that no other mail server I've dealt with does. As much as I
appreciate the owner of the list taking on this task, the fact is this
particular list software is probably the worst I've ever seen.
