I'm not absolutely positive, but the policy as written states that ea=
ch crew must have at least one advisor over 21 of each sex of which y=
ou have participating scouts, beit Boy Scouts or Venturing. This woul=
d lead me to believe that a Venturing Crew of all girls could have tw=
