[Philmont]: Deducting Cost of Advisor's trip

I seem to remember a thread from LAST year about this time on the tax
deductibility of an advisor's costs of going to Philmont, in light of
the fact we were always 'on duty', no matter HOW much fun we were
having!

Any qualified tax advisors out there?
