Signe is right on track. There are no Venture Crews in BSA, only Venturing Crews. The Venture Crew that is described in the Boy Scout Handbook has now been designated as the Venture patrol with the introduction of the Venturing program in August 1998. I
f we folks who work the program can't get it right, no wonder why the rest of BSA is constantly confused.
