I'd thought about setting up something like this, but seeing as how I'm a geek,
I was going to make it al web-driven. Then I realized, Oh yeah... Ebay.
Ebay is a good place to look for discount, hardly-used gear. Except for the
fact that a private system would be listing only scouts, it would have all the
same problems and concerns that ebay does. Except that ebay isn't free.
