[Philmont]: "Award" versus "Patch"

Hey Jason, does an Arrowhead Award turn back into a Arrowhead Patch when
it's sold on ebay? :) [Going rate is about $20]

Actually, I kinda like this distinction - and maybe this would make a
good concluding postscript on last year's lively debate on earning
Arrowhead Awards, where a number of folks suggested that paying the fee
and showing up was all that was required to get the "patch".

Course, only Philmont trekkers would appreciate the difference....
