If that is the only recourse, why did it not get discovered until "full, non
refundable payment" was made? It seems a little late to be making this
discovery. Perhaps someone (read lead aqdvisor) did not do their homework.
However, it won't be the first or the last time this isn't done.
Oftentimes the logistics of the trip get a person so wound up that they can't
see the forest for the trees.
