Autumn Adventure and Kanik each have their own award. They are both round,
nothing like the arrowhead.

The AA patch looks similar to this one:

Here is an image of the Kanik patch:

Subject: [Philmont]: Arrowhead Award Patches

There is a collection of many of the Arrowhead Award patches at:
http://www.angelfire.com/nm/philpatches/arrowhead.html.
Not the best display. The thumbnails too small to see and some of the
links to the full size images don't work. (And you have to deal with
annoying and frequent pop-up windows.) Seems like I remember seeing a
similar collection somewhere else on the Web. Anyone know?

Selden, you might be interested in posting some of these images at your
site, with corresponding explanations as to their meaning and value.

Looks like there are a number speciality Arrowhead Awards: Staff, Mtn
Trek, Trail Crew, Rayado, Cavalcade, R.O.C.S., Ranch Hand, Venturing. And
I guess the plain ones are only for Expeditions. What about Autumn
Adventure and Kanik?
