The Philmint Training Center is only about 6500 feet above sea level and
you will see a lot of other over weight and out of shape Scouters there, so
I don't think it would be a problem.

However, you and your doctor know what your heart situation is better than
any one else, so very likely to be on the safe side, you might ask your
doctor's opinion.
