There is the Eagle's Soaring High devoltional book that is given to each
crew member when they get to Philmont. It contains scripture and things to
think about for each day on the trail. The Chaplain's Aide is supposed to
make sure the crew reads and discusses it each day. This can be done at
night or the morning. I am sure that other sources of inspiration are
good as well. I used to read some quotes from my wilderness quote book
when I was with my crews.
