Virtually every crew does things like that. You will feel right at home at
Philmont. A guidebook full of inspirations will be issued. Be sure you
chrew works really hard to pick the right person as a chaplains aid.

Now, don't make the mistake of you reading it to the youth. Let them do it.

A good advisor will guide them into these type activities and make them think
they did it all themselves while the advisor sits back and admires his
charge.

Plan well, my friend and they sharr reach lofty goals while there.

One of the Philmont former staff members has a whole page of inspirational
thoughts on his website. Maybe Rice Brewer can help my feeble memory at
locating it.
