Angie,
We had a good trip with renting a 15 passenger van from Dollar,
camping at the Air Force Academy one night, and staying in the
Travelodge in Raton the next night. We flew to and from Colorado
Springs. I think we paid around $1300 for the van for 10 days. It's
unfortunate that it sat idle for 7 of them, but I could not find a
more cost effective way of doing things.
