The crew leader should be elected by the youth members of that crew. The
all advisors should be ready to support the decision of the youth.

A new thread, but right now we are struggling with how to break up our group
of 24 into two crews. For those who know, what are the pros and cons of

PS - For those who were giving me feedback last week on my
"questionable" scout, he ended up being sick for last weekend's outing.
So we don't know any more now than we did before. It's time for a
heart-to-heart with son and mom.
