[Philmont]: Personal Hygiene on 2002 Treks

Even though the showers were closed at Crater Lake and other staffed camps,
they made a very convenient place to take a bucket bath. They provided
screened privacy and a sump for the liquids. We had a bandana bath out of
our buckets at Porcupine. We used the bottom part of a bleach jug for our
bucket.
