[Philmont]: Staffed Camps

Just for the record, we had a good experience at Sawmill in mid-July
(710-D1). Staffers Goose and Elvis as well as the rangers passing through
with Mountain Man treks were all courteous and helpful, the rifle range and
reloading shack were safely and well run, and at least in the case of the
rifle I used, was sighted in just fine. The rocky ground in our campsite
was more than compensated for by the fine sunrise and view down the valley.
FWIW, one of my favorite stops on #30FM.
