Consider giving the guys in the crew a chance to design a shirt; you might
have some really creative guys in your contingent. Of course, you also want
to fulfill your role as "advisor" on the project, but most guys have a
pretty good idea of what is and isn't acceptable.
The shirts I liked best were the one's that had some home-town, local color
to it (ours included a cheese reference, reflecting our Wisconsin heritage).
A non-design idea: for a very small cost, we had the name of each crew
member embroidered on the sleeve of his shirt. It made it much easier to
tell them apart at the washboard.

I am the contingent leader for the 2004 Cincinnati contingent to Philmont. I
am looking for any ideas on designs.
