Hey, I have heard of all terms except the about the John Wayne toilet
paper????
Just a tag here, what I did for our last 2 crews out there I made them a
Arrowhead about 6 to 7 tall out of leather like the Philmont arrowhead. I
have seen some of them at our local Scout shop and Hobby Lobby type stores
now if you want some that are very nice. They all shot them at Miranda with
the muzzle loaders, rifles at Sawmill and then gave them a whack with a
Tomahawk also (shot your hat & bandana's also). They can use a Sharpie to
draw or write what ever they want on them. One small note, have them poke a
hole in the top of the Arrowhead and tie with a piece of leather shoe string
so they can tie to the outside of their packs. This will make them visible
and when its time to make them into the souvenir of souvenirs they will know
where they are. Steve.
