You did not say where you are from but the three airports in the vicinity
are

Albuquerque
Colorado Springs
Denver

Denver is about an hour further north of Colorado Springs and Colorado
Springs is 3+ hour drive to Philmont. I believe ABQ is about the same
distance.

You can fly all of the majors into all three airports and Southwest into ABQ
(www.southwest.com for cost)

We are asking for a Philmont 2006 commitment by January 24th, and one of
our advisors can't take enough vacation time to make the driving trip (the
way most of the crew is planning to travel). Can someone quickly let me
know the best way to get from the airport to Philmont, and what the
preferred airports are (if more than one). If you know the cost, that would
be helpful as well. I know this has been covered on this list but I didn't
pay close attention as I didn't think we'd be dealing with it. Thanks!
