RE: [Philmont]: 2006/2007 reservations

Unless the rules change, every year is a new year ....

We hoped to send two or three crews in '06 representing different ability
groups and ages, alas we drew #289 (Troop 6) & #1429 (Crew 6) on the waiting
list and started working our backup plans:

    Our council contigent - We could only send one crew, but 1 is better
than 0.

our # and move up in 2007 reservation???
