RE: [Philmont]: Double H

I echo everything in Fred's response. Although there are topics the
Wilderness Guides are supposed to cover, there isn't much formal program
compared to Philmont, and no fixed place for it to happen. If you have
a clear night, you get astronomy; you hear thunder, you learn about
desert meteorology; have a kangaroo rat run up your leg, talk about
desert ecology; hike through the right canyon, learn about petroglyphs.

It is a tremendous opportunity for experienced backpackers.
