[Philmont]: Philmont cancellation

With great sadness, this morning I sent an e-mail to Philmont to let them
know we would be giving up our 2006 trek. We were simply unable to get
commitment from the adults in our troop. Our scouts will apply to go with
the council contingent, but they will miss summer camp as the dates
conflict.

If anyone on the waiting list gets a trek from 7-15 through 8-6,
congratulations, and enjoy it! We'll be thinking of you!
