I talked with Betty this morning. She said they had issues with the emails
going out and ISPs considering the notifications as spam. She said that
hard copy confirmations should be out within a couple of weeks and coming
to you via the good old (but more expensive now!) USPS. YIS. Mike ('76,
'02, '04 and '07).

I am in the same boat. I recieved the receipt of my trek request but
nothing else despite several follow ups. Makes me wonder how much of
the trip allocation is determined by bugs in the process rather than the
"random" pick that is advertised. This was the last chance for my
youngest son to go with a troop contingent. We have been trying to get a
trek ever since I went with my oldest son 10 years ago.
On the up side, we have done a couple of canoe trips in Algonquin, a
Double H trek and a trip to Glacier. We are considering a trip to Denali
in 2007.
