[Philmont]: Reply to list

Please, Please, please, don't just hit Reply and send every e-mail back
through the ether. Delete the e-mail except the point you are replying
to and send a short reply. Those of us on Digest mode have received
four Digests in 8 hours and I cannot separate the new from the old.

How do you tell the scout who has paid up that he cannot go, because he
was too busy for shake downs and does not get the crew concept? The
money gets me every time.
