Have you considered renting a couple 12 passenger vans instead? It might
prove cheaper to rent them for two weeks than to hire the bus.
Is there any touring included, or is it just transport? If just transport,
then even if the prices are close, the vans give you touring options that
you might not have. Look at all the interesting stuff people are posting
that are available around Denver.

Our Transportation chair got a price of $110 per person one way for bus
from Denver to Philmont for 20 people. This is with one of the highly
recommended ground transportation companies. Should we expect to pay $220
per person? Any suggestions? Also, is graduity above and beyond this price,
in your collective experience?
