With costs quoted for a bus trip you might consider a tour company
They do all the work, advisors get to start their vactions two dasy earlier

Our quote from Leading the Way Tours for 2006 is about $350 per and includes

Round trip transportation between The Philmont Scout Ranch & Colorado Springs & Denver
2 Nights accommodations at the Park Plaza Hotel, Colorado Springs or similar
Hotel features outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool & exercise room
Rooms with 2 double beds, private bath and color cable T.V.
                  (4 persons per room)
5 Meals - Dinner & evening program at FLYING W RANCH, 1 Dinner at the hotel, Breakfast each morning at the Hotel, Lunch on return Philmont
Local Touring in Colorado Springs with a Leading The Way Tours representative
             THE UNITED STATES AIRFORCE ACADEMY
             THE GARDEN OF THE GODS
              OLYMPIC TRAINING CENTER (maybe)
Local taxes, Motorcoach operator, hotel housekeeping and
               hotel wait staff gratuities
To the basic package we have added -
KOSHARE INDIAN KIVA VISIT AND SHOW
EITHER CAVE OF THE WINDS OR ROYAL GORGE
and a Pizza Buffet for lunch upon arrival

This will be my fifth trip (1997, 2000, 2002, 2004 and 2006) using Christine at Leading teh Way Tours for arrangements
