This past summer, one of the adults in our crew (623-P) wanted the
convenience of a quick cup of hot water and was willing to carry the extra weight and
fuel. The JetBoil was particularly appreciated during our overnight stay on Mt.
Phillips. The JetBoil worked flawlessly regardless of altitude. We used it
only to heat water so cleaning was not an issue.

Our council contingent has been using JetBoil Cooking Systems for crew
training.
Although they work well down here near sea level, how do they perform at
higher elevations?
Does anyone have experience with these, including any tips/hints to make life
less difficult on the trail?
