[Philmont]: Rayado Trek

I get requests sometimes from people who see my email address on the USSSP
web site. Rather than have Col Hannah subscribe to the mailing list for
this one purpose, I an forwarding his question to the list so that all can
read the responses, and then will forward the responses to him. If you have
the names of people who are willing to share personal knowledge I ask that
you send those straight to him.
