[Philmont]: wilderness 1st aid question

I know that 1st aid and CPR is required for at least one adult advisor when
going on a Philmont trek. 2 of use already have this.

If one obtains a wilderness 1st aid certification [from American Red Cross],
can this be accepted instead of the 1st aid certification? how about instead
of CPR certification? This would be for the 3rd adult on our trek.

Thank you,
John Emrich
