[philmont] Moisture at Philmont

I just received the e-mail below from a friend. Sounds as if there won't
be a lack of moisture during the upcoming summer camping season.

I just got back from Philmont for my 3rd Kanik. We got 30" of snow on top
of the 18" already there.  We were stranded at Philmont where we
celerbrated the New Year.
