In 2005 we got 1 rope, length? but long enough, enough bags for even 4 days of food. The only thing I tell folks here in St. Louis to bring extra is 2 carabiners to cut down on rubbing rope over cable and for attaching oops bag.

I remember getting 3 separate bear bag ropes in 2004. They were 80 or 100 feet long with a loop knot in the middle.
What is the collective memory on
a. Number of bear bag ropes issued
b. Length of each rope
c. Etc.
