[philmont] list wake up call

On a related note, I used a piece of the scrap left over (about 2'
square) as a "put down" sheet. I carried it in the top of my pack to
put down (esp. on wet ground) when I needed to move stuff to get things
out or to put down before I sat on wet logs etc. Worked great and
weighed next to nothing.
