[philmont] Micro Pur Contact Time

First TREK -- 1999, didn't take a filter

Second TREK -- 2003, didn't take a filter

Third TREK, --2007, don't plan on bringing a filter unless we find out
something about the trek water quality when we get to logistics at Philmont
this summer.

in 1999 and 2003, didn't have need for a filter at all. Used the Polar PURE
only once on each trek.
