I can't really answer that question, but when Mark Anderson was taking us
around, one of our stops was Rocky Mountain Scout Camp. We were informed
that it will only be used for NJLIC for the foreseeable future, with no
plans for other uses. The impression I got was that Mark and Keith were
quite happy with that use and that they felt it was serving a useful purpose
being dedicated solely to that.
