Yes, we have bear problems here in AZ, too. And we have people who don't
think about their actions when they visit the high country. These are some
of the same people that are found hiking in the forest when they are closed
due to fire restrictions. Or building bon fires when fires were limited to
stoves (yes, we've encountered this on a backpacking trip -- amazing how
quickly a NFS helicopter shows up when you create a lot of smoke).
