Actually it appeared to me that the UTM grid was consistently about 1/8 to
1/4 of a mile off to the south. This seemed to be more off than east or
west, but I am not certain. We followed a lot of streams flowing west to
east and trails were criss crossing the stream but the plotted points were
always south of the streams shown on the unit. I bet you had to hike
further north to find your windmill, huh?
