Tweren't complaining, amigo, but actually praising. The food was just
fine for us during the week and the one time where it was a problem (and
we are talking fossilized chicken wings here) they didn't just apologize
but fixed the problem. As far as size of dining goes, they are roughly
comparable - on a good week, PTC has to feed 600 guests plus staff. My
general comments were decent (summer camp level) food, served in
quantity, by a friendly and helpful staff.
