I did something very simular this year for our crew. On the third night of
our trek, at Lost Cabin, our crew sat down for the "black bean" meal.... I
pulled out the dehydrated crawfish tails I had secretly stashed away. That
meal and a great game of spades that night made for what the whole crew will
never forget.....Mr Saulsbury... The crawfish man!

Any meal can be kicked up a notch in the back country! Tired of the
crackers at every meal... Pack some tobasco, it works wonders!
