That is a shame since we are talking NCAC, I think. We received our patches
directly from Admin upon arrival at CHQ. The expedition leader did not get
them first.
This thread is making me feel real fortunate about the crew we had. All
from the same troop and behavior was superb. Everyone made all the
shakedowns except the final day hike we took a week before leaving where two
were committed and did it another time.
We even had compliments from other crew advisors who had the same treks as
us (13FM) as to how well our boys behaved and performed. From that
standpoint, I hope we did well by NCAC .
