Wrong is wrong. Looks like a control freak who is just too used to getting
his perverted way. Replacement still fits. I suggest you go the route and
get this guy replaced by one more deserving that serves the needes of the
crew members, not self serving his own ego.
Maybe he needs to be incharge of the council camp grease trap.
