Well, it's been a while since I've sung it, but here goes...
(I'll also check the PSA (Philmont Staff Association) email list
as I think it was discussed recently)

"I want to go back to Philmont"

I want to go back to Philmont,
where the old Rayado flows
Where the rain comes a seepin'
in the tent where you're sleepin'
And the water says hello

"HELLO"

Want to wake up in the morning
with my sock all wringin' wet
For it brings back fondest memories
That a Ranger can't forget

"WANNA" BET?"

I want to hike once more that canyon floor
from Scribblins to Old Camp
With my back-sack a creaking
and my back sweat a reekin'
and my legs beginning to cramp

"OHHHHHHHHHH"

Want to hike again with such great men
as made that famous trek
>From Beaubien to Porkies
And from Cito to Car-Max

"Hip-hip Hooray...... Hip-hip Hooray...... Hip-hip Hooray"

This was actually done as a song when I was on staff, but as I
understand (and saw in '93) it is now more of a fast-paced chant
