Frank,
You might want to explain what Cuban coffee is. My recollection, as a
person who was raised in Miami (and makes a point of going to Versailles
whenever I'm in town), is that you combine the coffee with the sugar before
you brew them, then add even more sugar and drink it black. It the
caffeine doesn't wake you up, the sugar will at least get you going.
