If any of you get a chance to meet some of the ROCS folks out
Philmont way--please pass on a "Howdy" to one of my Scouts out
there. Walter "Wally" Arrington is our lucky participant. He
served with me on SCUBA staff at last year's Jamboree.
If ya see'im, let him know we're holding off on the Court of
Honor till his return, and I'm still jealous as all get out.
