Regarding The Porch Restaurant in Cimarron, we ate there around 8:00pm one
evening during July 2000. This is from the Web site of the Casa del
Gavilan (http://www.casadelgavilan.com/cimdin.htm):

The Porch
Cimarron, New Mexico 87714 (505) 376-2228
Summer Hours: 7:00 am until 9:00 pm
Winter Hours: 10:00 am until 8:00 pm

It probably would be worth a phone call ahead of time to inquire about a
group meal late in the day. They have wonderful desserts and fair prices.
Other Cimarron dining info may be found on the same Web page.
