Get a copy of the video, and training cards from the Council and train them
yourself. Tell the Council what you need and it should not be a problem.
Besides the council will have a couple of more adults youth protection
trained.
Leave for Philmont the 23rd.

Last year I had to drive up to Orange County Council
from San Diego because of schedule conflict. OCC
offers much more frequent classes. You may find the
