I saw some messages earlier this week about the value of getting through
registration early on arrival day. Our contingent is arriving in three
groups; the last one with most of the boys will be close to noon. Will the
early arriving boys be able to go ahead and get processed through
Logistics? Or does it have to wait until all registered participants are
on-site?
