We contacted Delta Airlines and THEY suggested heavy garbage bags with duct
tape. Their comment was if they needed to open the packs for any reason they
would repack with a similar bag.
We used heavy duty bags for the 1st layer and then we found bright yellow
bags for the 2nd layer.
We had 8-1/2" x 11" signs that had each scouts name, flight number,
destination, and it said BOY SCOUT TROOP 319. The signs were taped on with
clear packing tape.
It was quite easy to find on the baggage conveyor. We then had a parent ship
bags, tape, and return signs to philmont which we picked up at the Post
office on our return.
Hope this helps.
