RE: [Philmont]: backpacks and airplanes

Delta Airlines gave us clear plastic bags and strapping tape at the baggage
check in to secure our packs with on our return trip from Denver. Going
there, we had got the Delta hanging bag boxes. They were big and bulky and
would not hold some large external frame packs. I used a big Kelty duffel
bag, which held my internal frame pack and most of my things. We did not
have anything get damaged or missing on the trip.
