At http://www.dvdrhelp.com/ <http://www.dvdrhelp.com/> you can learn
anything you need about showing and using CDs using a DVD player.
http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers <http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers> is
compatibility and ability search tool.
What brand and model DVD do you have?

Subject: [Philmont]: Off topic Digital Photos question
On our recent trek I took over 1100 digital pictures. Does anyone know if
it is possible to copy these pictures to a CD for viewing through a DVD
player? I can burn them to a CD and view them on monitors through a
computer easy enough but believe there's some way to use the DVD player to
show them. My DVD manual says it will recognize version 2 VCDs but I don't
know if I can use a CD burner, which I have, or need a DVD burner, which I
don't have, to copy the jpeg files to the VCD. Any advice will be
appreciated.
I know this is off topic but I'm sure there are several Philmont trekkers
who would be interested in doing this. Thanks.
